Your impact, six months into the role: Creating, planning and executing scalable, omnichannel acquisition and engagement roadmaps and strategies focused on expanding Opencare’s community of patients, and ultimately growing the revenue of the company Growing and mentoring a talented team of performance-focused marketers responsible for acquisition, conversion, and referrals by breaking down barriers to their progressCreating a supportive and positive team dynamic that focuses on safety and vulnerability that allows the team to bring their whole-self to work Working cross-functionally with other teams (like Sales, Engineering, and Data) to identify and execute monetization streams Partnering with our Product team to test and deploy improvements to the patient journey to increase funnel conversion rates Managing and optimizing monthly and quarterly marketing spend allocation, spend accuracy, and forecasting Continually increasing marketing spend efficiency across all channels, driving optimization efforts to improve results and ROAS Delivering growth metrics and granular growth forecasts by channel and analyzing and reporting on KPI trends to drive optimization across the customer funnel Utilizing consumer insights, testing, and data to iterate on the acquisition, onboarding and sustained engagement experience

What skills will you bring to the team from day one? You’re recognized for your broad domain experience across a variety of marketing channels, with particular strength and depth in digital marketing You have experience in both B2B and B2C marketing Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and working 1-on-1 with your team to tackle tricky problems and get deeper understanding of the dynamics at play You live and breathe digital marketing metrics (ROAS, LTV, etc.) and leverage them to make decisions A genuine passion for understanding the business and getting into the details to be a well-informed thought-leader Experienced in managing people leaders and helping to resolve the people challenges that emerge in a rapid growth environment The ability to communicate with Executive teams and advocate for a marketing function at a strategic level You’re a strong collaborator at the leadership level with the strong ability to influence and lead others A coaching mindset; you’ve helped individuals grow and scale with the business and you’re eager to build out a team of high-performers once again Proven track record of shaping business strategy and setting up internal reporting for marketing growth, retention, loyalty, and advocacy You operate with a sense of urgency and have succeeded in creating and executing growth initiatives in a high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly
