In this role, for our Mississauga-based, facility services client, you'll report to the Manager of Finance and be responsible for an entire Canadian region. Your detail-oriented nature will shine, as you ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements. Your knack for communicating technical information in an accessible way will help you build relationships cross-functionally, and you know how to present your findings to management as well. Budgeting and Forecasting
You'll compile the annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Effective cross-functional communication skills will be critical to your success.
You'll close the books monthly in a timely fashion. You'll identify risks and opportunities. You'll ensure all reporting and transnational processing requirements for the region are accurate.
You'll prepare variance analysis, and work with operations to ensure that budgets and forecasts are achieved. You'll work with operations and corporate finance to identify and minimize financial risks.
Excellent Verbal and Written Presentation Skills
You'll assist in the preparation and delivery of quarterly business review decks to senior management. This will include KPI's and various analytical reports.
